For the Real Estate License:

The 60 Hour Pre-licensing course covers the required 60 hours required by the Real Estate Commission. We cover an intense amount of material over the course that is required for the state certification and eligibility to sit for the state exam.  The 30 Hour Advanced course takes a deeper dive into agency, contracts, fair housing, CMA's and ethics to fulfill your 90 hours.

For Property Management License

The 30 Hour Property Management license is required if you want to manage rentals for others. This is the only class needed for the property management license.
