Broker A Course – Brokerage Management This course covers the topics & materials needed to establish a real estate office/brokerage in SC. The Brokerage Management Course (Unit III-A) is one of the two, thirty-hour courses that must be completed before applying to take the state Broker Exam. Book is included in tuition. Broker A and Broker B are the two (2) required courses by the Real Estate Commission that you must take to apply for your Broker’s license. There are a total of 60 hours of education. To be eligible to sit for the exam and apply for your license, you must meet the following criteria: o Be 21 years of age o Be actively licensed three (3) out of the last five (5) years o Pass the two courses o Complete a background check o Pass the State exam administered by PSI
