Chenné L. Feaster has spent her life using her personal and professional career experiences to help others reach their goal of homeownership, federal employment, and transition from military life to civilian life through consulting, coaching, and educating. As a 19 year real estate investor, retired U.S. Army Combat Veteran, and retired Federal Human Resources Manager of the Department of State, Global Financial Services, Chenné understands first-hand the challenges that comes with owning and selling real estate, “getting a foot in” to the federal government, and transitioning from military life, rules and regulations and navigating in to the civilian work life.

She knows there is no single approach that works for everyone, therefore she continues to educate herself on the local real estate market, federal employment qualification standards, and military transition rules and regulations to provide the most updated guidance that works for each of her client’s individual needs. As a Charlestoian and an active member of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, she has experience in the South Carolina (Charleston and surrounding areas, and Columbia) real estate market. In addition, she has more than 24+ years of experience as a Federal Civil Servant Human Resources Manager at the Department of State and U.S. Army Combat Veteran (Non-Commissioned Officer) for the Department of Defense. She served in many locations to include Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan where she recevied the following military honor awards; Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Afganistan Campaign Medal, and Meritorius Service Medal.

Chenné received her Master of Arts (with honors) from Webster University with a concentration in Human Resources Management. She is the owner and Broker In Charge of Changing Lives Forever Home Solutions a Veteran Owned, Minority Owned, and Woman Owned business. She’s a Residential, Luxury Home, and Commercial Specialist, certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and a Multi-Million Dollar Real Estate Producer. In addition, she is the owner and Lead Consultant of C.L.F. Consulting where she is a Federal Career Coach, Federal Job Search Trainer, Federal Interview Coach, and Federal Resume Writer. Chenné is married to her wonderful supportive husband of 3 years and the proud mother of 4 (one being her fur son). She has been called to change the lives of all her clients whether they are a new homeowner, pre existing homeowner or investor, a new or seasoned real estate agent, someone seeking to tap into the federal employment space, or transitioning from the military.
